How do I place an order?

  2. For cute bento / kyraben order, see sub-menu "Cute Bento".                   

  3. Or you may also see our complete bento collections on our Instagram account @moriexpress with #moricutebento. Please keep in mind that our Cute Bento order need to be placed ONE (1) day in Advance for preparation.

  4. Contact us via Whatsapp +62 815 190 44750, or line @moriexpress.

  5. Minimum order for delivery is 2(two) menus,

  6. Please inform us with your data in this form :

    • Name 

    • Product / menu

    • Quantity

    • Delivery date and time

    • Full address

    •  Recipient's name

    •  Recipient's contact number

  7. Delivery services available for Jakarta area only, we will be using Gojek or Grab bike as our trusted courier partner. Delivery fee is applicable depends on your destination address, we usually use Gojek application to calculate the distance from our nearest outlet. Delivery fee is usually between Rp. 15.000 - Rp. 65.000 the furthest in Jakarta area.

  8. We will inform you the total amount with delivery fee included. All payment must be paid via bank transfered, one day before delivery at the latest.

  9. We will inform you once the food is on the way. We will try our best to deliver the food order on time, but please keep in mind that there are many external factors that can affect the delivery time such as traffic, rush hour and raining season.  We will try our best to make sure that the dish is well-packaged according to our standards, but we can not guarantee that the food arrived is as good as what we intended to be. The safest way is to pick up the product yourself or do tell us if you want the delivery using Uber Car, which is safer than Motorbike.

Planning to send someone as a Gift?
 
Our cute bento is a great idea for you to send to your loved one(s).  All order was made by you and payment is by bank transfer to our account. Minimum order is two menus. We also provide "MESSAGE CARD" for you to write down your personalized message. Please make sure that the recipient is located on the destination address and please inform us the recipient's full address and contact details. 
 
 
Payment   
 

Order directly to our number must be paid via Bank Transfered (BCA or CIMB Niaga), we do not accept Cash On Delivery (COD). Order made through our Whatsapp / Line contact will be delivered by our partner courier (Gojek, Grab, Uber).

Order made via GO-FOOD will be paid Cash or by Go-pay by GO-JEK driver once he/she arrives (COD).

 

 
Customized & Catering

 

We accept customized bento order with cute character or other kind of idea that you have, so please share it with us and we will quote you the price based on the difficulties and the choice of proteins. We also have done many catering events, please do not hesitate to contact us and ask for more info about this, special price is guaranteed.

 
Returns & Refunds
 

We DO NOT ACCEPT any RETURNS and REFUNDS, but we ALWAYS make sure all the products that we make live up to our STANDARD QUALITY and we always check on our meals before it reach our customer table, no matter if you dine in, take away, or even delivery order your foods. 

 

Can I reheat the foods?
 

Yes you absolutely can! Our packaging are MICROWAVE SAFE so dont forget to REHEAT (10-20 seconds) your meal for maximum deliciousness!
